Overview

HR Administrative Assistant & Payroll Backup

 Department:      Human Resources

Reports to Human Resources Manager

 Maintain HR office filing systems, handle both HR and general administrative tasks

 

Responsibilities

Duties

  • Manage entry and exit of employees
  • Act as backup to Payroll Clerk and Process payroll through Kronos
  • Filing of all documents
  • Office management, open mail and distribute as necessary

 

Qualifications

 

Requirements:

Education:           High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Experience:        Previous experience in office procedures and administration

Kronos experience a plus

 

Skills and Knowledge:    Proficient with MS Office applications, and attention to detail
